With calm, humble, folky singer/songwriter indie like this you just never know at first listen whether it is brilliant or boring. But a backing band consisting of members of Garish, Sweet Sweet Moon and Velojet is quite the seal of quality, and if you’re in the right mood Bernhard Eder’s new album will be your new favourite companion.

Listen to this on a rainy autumn day, right after the unhappy ending of your summer romance (or long term relationship if you prefer), while drinking the first cup of tea of the season and then dwell in bitter sweet memories and feel sorry for yourself. Maybe even cry a tear or two.
